Pacific Batteries serves Mission and the surrounding Fraser Valley from Maple Ridge with battery testing, replacement, delivery, and installation. Mobile service comes to the customer, and the shop stocks batteries for cars, trucks, and a wide range of equipment.
Few things stall a day like a vehicle that will not start, and more often than not the culprit is a battery at the end of its life. Pacific Batteries operates from Maple Ridge, right next door to Mission, combining retail locations with a mobile service that brings battery testing and replacement directly to the customer.
The mobile service is the standout for anyone who has been stranded: a technician comes to the driveway, the worksite, or the parking lot where the vehicle sits, tests the battery and the charging system to confirm the battery is actually the problem, and installs a suitable replacement on the spot. That testing step matters, because a no-start is not always a battery, and replacing a healthy battery will not fix a failing alternator or a bad connection. Doing the diagnosis first saves customers money and saves them from a repeat breakdown a week later.
The shop side stocks batteries for many applications: everyday cars and trucks, plus marine, RV, powersports, and equipment batteries where a specialty fitment is required. Choosing the right battery is about more than physical size. Cold-cranking performance, reserve capacity, and warranty all matter in a climate where vehicles sit through weeks of damp cold. The team matches the battery to the vehicle and to how the owner actually uses it, rather than simply selling whatever is closest on the shelf.
For Mission drivers, having a battery specialist next door beats waiting for a tow or gambling on a parts-store purchase that might be wrong. Old batteries are handled responsibly through recycling, which is how a battery should end its life. Whether the car is dead in the driveway right now or the battery is simply showing its age with slow cranking on cold mornings, Pacific Batteries offers a quick diagnosis and, in most cases, a fix the same day.
Based outside Mission and serves it as part of a wider area, so this is a call-out service rather than somewhere to visit.
